Vendasta partnered with a leading IT manufacturer in May 2022 to help managed service providers (MSPs) across the U.S. unlock $750K in quarterly marketing development funds (MDF). The challenge was low MDF awareness and utilization—MSPs needed an easier path to use funds to attract clients and retain business by improving their online presence.
Vendasta created pre-approved, purpose-built digital marketing packages (Digital Ads, Reputation Management, Social Marketing, SEO) and onboarded 15 MSPs, providing expert support to define and execute strategies. The program drove a 406% increase in MDF utilization—raising fund use to roughly $325K (about 50% of available funds) and helping MSPs capture more qualified leads.
