How EzyReview has helped a local pizza shop increase its online review rating and increase sales using Vendasta’s Customer Voice

EzyReview is a digital marketing agency that helps local businesses build trust and grow by managing their online reputation. Facing a common industry challenge — most consumers use reviews to make buying decisions while relatively few small businesses invest in review marketing — EzyReview needed a practical, repeatable way to help clients improve online presence. One client, Pizza Pirates, arrived as a struggling shop that needed more positive reviews, higher visibility, and increased foot traffic.

EzyReview implemented Vendasta’s Customer Voice with SMS review requests, built out the business’s Google presence, and made review solicitation a daily habit (about six texts per day). Since June 2018 they sent 2,500+ SMS and generated roughly 199 new reviews; the average rating jumped from 3.8 to 4.9 within a month, rose about 1.2 stars overall and stayed above industry averages, Facebook recommendations increased from 80% to 92%, and sales grew by about 30%.
