Vena Solutions helped a large U.S. bank that was struggling to collect and manage DFAST data using uncontrolled, bulky Excel workbooks. A small team manually aggregated inputs from multiple regression models and business lines, repeatedly breaking single line items into multiple pieces, pasting data between workbooks, and performing multiple review iterations and qualitative adjustments—an error-prone, time-consuming process that made version control and data accuracy difficult to assure.
