Velvet Team creates a 5-group Tartu scavenger hunt with Velvet in a couple of hours

The vendor Velvet was engaged by their own internal team, the Velvet Team, to design an unconventional team-building event in Tartu. The challenge was to create a genuinely collaborative, energizing, and memorable outdoor experience that reflected the city's character, avoided traditional corporate formats, and kept costs low.

Velvet designed and executed a custom street art scavenger hunt where teams located artworks, used their bodies to form letters found on them, and solved clues related to past company projects. The solution successfully created an absurd, energetic, and fun event that was truly shared and collaborative, met all the stated requirements, and resulted in a lasting photographic memento of the experience for the participants.
