Velosio Helps ShuBee Get a Step Up by Unifying Data Systems

ShuBee, a Macon, GA–based maker of professional shoe protection founded in 2000, was running separate sales and accounting systems that required time-consuming double data entry as sales grew. To avoid hiring additional staff, ShuBee selected Microsoft Dynamics GP and engaged Velosio to implement a unified accounting and sales environment.

Velosio implemented Dynamics GP and integrated it with ShuBee’s other systems, creating live data synchronization so sales automatically update inventory and CRM tools. The solution eliminated manual re-keying (saving the equivalent of two full-time salaries), reduced inventory errors, and delivered an easier-to-use sales system that helped drive sales growth over the following two years.
