Velosio Comes to the Aid of Sarnova, Inc.

Sarnova, the nation’s leading emergency medical products distributor, was outgrowing its legacy software — a two-gigabyte database limit forced the company to purge valuable sales history and hampered growth. To address this, Sarnova engaged Velosio to modernize its systems with Microsoft Dynamics GP and related Microsoft technologies.

Velosio delivered an end-to-end Dynamics GP implementation with custom modules (prescription licensing, vendor rebates), e-commerce integration, and a Business Portal for 50 remote sales reps. The solution automated order-fulfillment logic and other processes, saving about 50 labor hours per week, provided real-time customer and inventory access for remote staff, and standardized business intelligence and reporting via SQL, Crystal Reports and SharePoint — giving Sarnova a scalable, more accurate platform.
