Velosio Builds Robust ERP and CRM Solution for Rotex Global LLC

Rotex Global, LLC, a 165‑year‑old manufacturer of dry material screening equipment with operations in the U.S., Europe and Asia, was operating a highly customized Oracle-based system that lacked integrated financial and accounting components, forcing finance to rely on separate stand‑alone applications. To consolidate operations on a single platform, Rotex Global chose Microsoft Dynamics GP and Microsoft Dynamics CRM and engaged Velosio as its Microsoft implementation partner.

Velosio designed and managed a phased rollout—starting with financials and reporting, then accounts payable/receivable, followed by manufacturing, distribution and CRM (U.S. in 2010, international in 2011)—and added an Experlogix product configurator for make‑to‑order workflows. The Velosio‑delivered solution produced a fully integrated environment with lower total cost of ownership, real‑time company‑wide data access, full lifecycle inventory tracking, faster financial reporting without Excel consolidation, and automated sales‑cycle processes, improving inventory control, decision‑making and global collaboration.
