Velosio Assists Quick Solutions Inc. with Using Their Software to the Fullest Ability

Quick Solutions is an IT consulting firm in Westerville, OH that moved from Sage MAS90 to Microsoft Dynamics GP (Project Accounting) but struggled after their original partner failed to align the system with their business processes. Seeking a fix, Quick Solutions engaged Velosio to help properly configure Microsoft Dynamics GP, its Project Accounting module and the Business Portal and to train staff on new workflows.

Velosio conducted business-process workshops, restructured GL segments, standardized project and timesheet setup, and implemented Business Portal for self-service time entry. As a result, Quick Solutions gained industry- and client-level P&L visibility, automated utilization reporting, reduced manual changes and errors, and shortened reporting cycles (now delivering reports by/before the 10th vs. the 15th). Velosio’s work also saved at least four hours of accounting time every two weeks by eliminating centralized timesheet entry.
