SO natural, the world’s largest pot orchid grower (cultivating about 14 million orchids per year and employing 255 people), was struggling with fragmented, spreadsheet-driven processes, limited analytics and financial integration, and the need to consolidate multiple systems after acquiring Delta Orchids. To address these challenges they engaged Velosio to deploy Microsoft Dynamics NAV together with the Agriware solution.

Velosio integrated existing systems through Dynamics NAV, helped develop and implement Agriware (including Packing Planning) and added CRM to streamline orders and customer communication. The result is a single, real-time view across four locations (40 acres of greenhouse and 5 acres distribution), automated tracking of individual plant growth for better inventory, ordering and invoicing, consolidated financial and operational reporting, and support for SO natural’s continued growth to become the largest orchid grower worldwide.
