Proactive Tracking Tools for a Streamlined Supply Chain

Stafast Products, a manufacturer and distributor known for its T‑Nut product line, faced significant ERP challenges: a highly customized, outdated Microsoft Dynamics SL that didn’t support distribution or manufacturing, siloed systems across international locations, reactive purchasing with inaccurate stock levels, and no production planning. To address these issues, Stafast engaged Velosio to modernize its systems using Microsoft Dynamics AX.

Velosio implemented a 50‑user Microsoft Dynamics AX solution across Stafast’s four companies, including subsidiaries in Denmark and China, and built user‑defined alerts to enable proactive supply‑chain management. As a result, Stafast gained full production planning, automated lead tracking through the sales process, improved organizational visibility and process automation, and the ability for users to create custom reports and queries without IT intervention.
