Nachurs Alpine Solutions, a North American specialty liquid chemical manufacturer serving the farming and oil & gas industries, faced fragmented client data and limited visibility across three distinct brands. They needed a centralized, scalable system to track market share and pipeline while improving user adoption among a largely non‑technical workforce, so they engaged Velosio to implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM integrated with Dynamics GP.

Velosio delivered an integrated CRM/ERP solution using Microsoft Dynamics CRM (later upgraded to Microsoft Dynamics365), applying Parent/Child functionality and the Velosio CRM Project Methodology to preserve each brand’s processes within a single system.
