MD Complete Skincare Streamlines Customer Order Process with NetSuite

MD Complete Skincare, a company that brings dermatologist‑level regimens to consumers without prescriptions, faced an unstreamlined order-to-finance process: its website did not produce reliable financial data, parcel shipments were inefficient, and the finance team couldn’t extract meaningful COGS or inventory cost information. To address these issues, MD Complete selected NetSuite and engaged Velosio to implement the solution.

Velosio implemented NetSuite in one month, added a third‑party EDI integration and a connection to another ERP, and enabled use of the NetSuite Sandbox to refine internal processes. As a result (per MD Complete), the rollout met an aggressive timeline without missing a shipping day, the customer order process was streamlined, wrongly priced items can be identified and credited then applied to pending invoices for AP, and inventory history and processing improved — outcomes credited to Velosio’s support.
