LeafFilter, the largest gutter protection company in North America, was running a mix of an in-house proprietary system and on-site QuickBooks that couldn’t communicate, lacked reporting, and placed a heavy burden on IT as the company sought to scale. Having previously partnered with Velosio, LeafFilter worked with Velosio to evaluate options and chose the cloud-based NetSuite solution to address its integration and reporting needs.

Velosio implemented NetSuite, provided training, and continues to support the rollout with regular check-ins; the new system dramatically reduced manual data entry by enabling system-to-system communication, cut maintenance and upkeep costs by moving from on-site to cloud, automated bank payments, and improved data accessibility and real-time reporting to boost user efficiency. Velosio’s ongoing support and weekly updates helped ensure full adoption and sustained operational gains.
