Schaeffer’s Investment Research, a Cincinnati-based provider of stock and options trading recommendations and market commentary, faced risk from a highly customized, unsupported CRM and needed a platform that would enable continuous improvement. Velosio stepped in to recommend and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM (with integration to their existing Microsoft Dynamics GP) as the replacement and future-proof solution.
Velosio’s implementation delivered easier integration, richer reporting, and improved marketing automation and communication personalization. As a result, IT spends less time on training and troubleshooting, manual data transfers and reporting burdens were eliminated through the Dynamics GP–CRM integration, and increased visibility into inside sales activity drove adoption of best practices and more targeted promotions.
