Velosio implemented Microsoft Dynamics CRM across all 11 parks with simplified data capture, tight email integration and a two‑way integration to Cedar Fair’s Advanced Ticketing (POS) system to eliminate redundant entry. The deployment increased sales‑team efficiency and selling time, provided management with clearer pipeline visibility, and enabled automated marketing campaigns — driving measurable improvements in sales productivity and pipeline management.
