CareSource Turns to Velosio to Gain New Insights into Member Data

CareSource, a leading nonprofit managed care company in Dayton, Ohio, launched CareSource Life Services to help members overcome barriers to employment but lacked defined processes and an easy-to-use CRM to track member progress. To bring speed, scalability, security and rapid, repeatable deployment across states, CareSource turned to Velosio to implement a cloud CRM solution using Microsoft Dynamics CRMOL.

Velosio implemented Microsoft Dynamics CRMOL in three months, creating flexible business processes, migrating disparate data (Excel, SQL, etc.), and delivering hands-on JAD sessions and end-user training. The Velosio solution now supports over 50 users who spend their time helping members instead of manually tracking activities, has been replicated and customized into three newly contracted states, and produced measurable gains in efficiency and rapid rollout—recognition that included an internal Heartbeat Award.
