Robt Stone completes EPC for 1 new suction tank project with Velosi Asset Integrity Limited

Velosi Asset Integrity Limited was engaged by Robt Stone to perform Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) services for a new flow suction tank, access platforms, dead leg repair works, and a treatment plant at their Bu Hasa facility. The project's objective was to identify and assess all potential corrosion threats through a Corrosion Risk Assessment Study (CRAS) to ensure proper material selection and risk control.

The Velosi team implemented a strict methodology to conduct the CRAS, performing the study on all new materials and creating corrosion loop drawings, a CRAS register, and a comprehensive report. Velosi successfully delivered all project objectives, providing Robt Stone with a thorough analysis that identified unacceptable risks and offered recommendations to mitigate them, thereby enhancing the asset's integrity and operational safety.
