The customer, Ma'aden, required a comprehensive PHA revalidation study and drawing update for its industrial mineral operations. Velosi Asset Integrity Limited was enlisted to address this challenge, which involved updating documentation and conducting detailed safety studies across multiple mine and plant sites.

Velosi successfully updated all P&IDs to reflect as-built conditions and conducted HAZOP and LOPA studies for the sites. This process identified high-risk scenarios and led to numerous recommendations to bolster the existing safety systems.
