ADNOC Refining delivers 20+ HSEIA deliverables with Velosi Asset Integrity Limited
Adnoc Refining assigned Velosi Asset Integrity Limited to provide Health, Safety & Environmental Impact Assessment (HSEIA) consultancy services for its Refinery Off Gases Recovery Project during the FEED phase. The challenge was to install new technology to recover valuable gases from refinery off gases at the Ruwais Refinery while ensuring all health, safety, and environmental risks were thoroughly assessed and managed.
Velosi implemented a comprehensive solution involving a wide range of studies including PHA, HAZOP, QRA, and EIA. The results confirmed the project's environmental impact would be minimal and its social risk exposure was low. Velosi successfully delivered over 20 reports, identifying key risks and providing a framework of recommendations to enhance safety systems and ensure full compliance with Adnoc’s standards.
