Leadership invested in ergonomics education—beginning with Applied Industrial Ergonomics workshops in 2012—to give employees the knowledge and ownership needed to identify and reduce risk.

By adopting VelocityEHS Industrial Ergonomics (including online modules in 2017), Parker formed cross-functional teams, standardized assessments, and prioritized fixes using data.
