How DePuy Synthes Saved Costs and Increased Efficiency in Their Contractor Management Process

DePuy Synthes, part of Johnson & Johnson’s Medical Devices group, faced inefficient, paper-based contractor and permit-to-work processes at its Cork, Ireland facility. The manual system created bottlenecks with hourly contractors waiting for approvals, made audits difficult, and offered limited visibility into contractor qualifications, insurance, and ongoing permit work.
