Public Sector Shared Service Company, a partnership between councils, wanted to create a scalable shared services model for finance, HR administration, and payroll while moving from its existing Oracle JD Edwards system to Oracle E-Business Suite. The result was an integrated Finance, Procurement, HR, and Payroll platform with over 99.9% availability, 4-hour RTO and 10-minute RPO capabilities, improved BI reporting, and a scalable foundation able to onboard additional organizations.
