Success Education Colleges (SEC) is a Southern California career-college system of nine campuses offering allied-health certificates and associate degrees, with more than 45,000 graduates to date. The admissions team of about 30 was hampered by multi-step, manual enrollment processes, slow response times (about an hour on average), no click-to-call capability, and no efficient way to track or compare admissions rep performance.

SEC implemented Velocify LeadManager and Velocify Dial-IQ, adding intelligent dialing, calendaring, click-to-call and real-time dashboards. As a result response times fell from about an hour to minutes (meeting a sub‑5‑minute goal), admissions productivity and workflow improved, new staff ramped up faster, managers gained daily insight into rep activity, and previously average reps achieved top performance.
