UpWest is a U.S.-based apparel brand focused on sustainable, comfortable clothing. Facing expensive customer acquisition and difficulty keeping CRM-based audience segments up-to-date across multiple agency partners, UpWest engaged Velocidi and its first-party audience solution (built on an award-winning customer data platform) to access richer pre-conversion data and automate audience segmentation.
Velocidi implemented UpWest’s native first‑party data infrastructure, provided automatic RFM and machine-learning segments that combine anonymous browsing behavior with CRM and purchase data, and collaborated with in-house and agency teams to coordinate testing and activation. Velocidi’s auto-updating, higher-quality segments were used for prospecting and remarketing, helping UpWest lower cost per purchase, improve return on ad spend, and increase average order value.
