Maskk is an online retailer of certified personal protective masks and apparel that was launching into a new market while trying to keep acquisition costs low. Facing stiff competition and thin margins on a low-cost product, Maskk worked with agency partner Classy Advertising and used Velocidi’s first-party audience solution to activate customer data for more efficient prospecting and higher-value customer acquisition.
Velocidi automatically scored and segmented Maskk’s best customers (RFM-based), seeded Facebook Lookalikes from those segments, and supplied machine-learning optimized retargeting audiences; Maskk A/B tested this approach against interest-based targeting with identical retargeting. The Velocidi-driven funnel produced over 3x higher conversion likelihood in retargeting, drove 48% more sales, and lowered overall CPA by 33% (indexed average CPA fell to ~67.4), demonstrating clear full-funnel impact.
