Windsor International Film Festival (WIFF) needed a better way to manage a fast-growing, volunteer-run event as crowds increased from a three-day festival to a much larger multi-venue operation. In 2014, WIFF turned to Veezi to simplify ticketing and sales for both experienced and new volunteers, while reducing the stress and errors that came with busy festival operations.

With Veezi’s box office software and Veezi Kiosk, WIFF streamlined in-person and online ticket sales, merchandise transactions, and reporting. The system helped volunteers quickly handle transactions, gave Jen Holson detailed error tracking and accountability, and improved efficiency and convenience for patrons. The result was a smoother festival experience for around 30,000 visitors, successful expansion to additional venues, and greater confidence that WIFF was “future-proofed” with strong support from Veezi.
