Town Hall Theatre is a council-run, not-for-profit cinema serving a wide area, supported by around 55 volunteers. By 2016, the theatre was struggling with phone bookings that led to frequent overbooking, causing unhappy customers who sometimes traveled up to 90 minutes only to find there were no seats left.

Veezi stepped in with a special deal on its cinema software, and the Town Hall Theatre team learned the system quickly and trained the rest of the volunteers. With Veezi, the theatre streamlined bookings, avoided overbooking, and improved its professional image; Beth Firman says the venue’s reputation is now “brilliant,” with people from other towns coming to see how they do it.
