Epic Cinemas, a cinema chain operating in a remote area, faced the challenge of attracting patrons by ensuring it could show the latest movie releases at the same time as metropolitan theaters. The results included a 50% increase in attendance and significant business growth, expanding from one location to five cinemas across South Africa and Namibia, plus an open-air events operation.
