Veeam rallies ransomware readiness so Dynisco can support worldwide plastic production

Dynisco, a global provider of sensors and testing solutions for polymer manufacturers, needed a more reliable way to protect critical R&D data, proprietary ERP/CRM systems and growing Microsoft 365 content after its legacy Backup Exec became unreliable. With polymers underpinning plastics used across industries, downtime or data loss from ransomware posed severe risks to production and customer safety.

Dynisco deployed Veeam Availability Suite and Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365, using Veeam DataLabs (SureBackup, Secure Restore, Instant VM Recovery) plus Scale‑out Backup Repository and Capacity Tier to Backblaze B2. Veeam now protects 15 TB across 100 VMs and 10 physical machines and 10 TB of M365 data, provides ransomware scans and alerts, helped avoid downtime during a SAN failure, and delivered $150,000 in IT savings over four years—giving the team full confidence in their disaster recovery readiness.
