Veeam provides modern data protection for Lembaga Lebuhraya Malaysia to meet government compliance requirements for business continuity

Lembaga Lebuhraya Malaysia (LLM), the government agency that builds and maintains Malaysia’s 1,820 km of highways, relied on critical IT applications and a public-facing website to support traffic monitoring, tolling and safety operations. When its legacy backup solution became slow and unreliable, the IT division risked missing government business-continuity recovery objectives and sought a modern, compliant replacement.

Working with ICT’s Aegis and Veeam, LLM deployed Veeam Availability Suite with Veeam Cloud Connect and Aegis DRaaS to modernize protection for ~10 TB across 20+ systems. The solution delivered faster, more reliable backups and recoveries, encrypted cloud replicas for stronger ransomware protection, proactive monitoring and recoverability testing, helped meet ISO/IEC 27001 requirements, and cut annual IT costs by about 50%.
