Groupe AGRICA is a French complementary social protection company serving 2.2 million employed and retired clients, with €2.8 billion in turnover and about 800 employees. Facing increased competition from market liberalization and major pension reform, the group needed to modernize its IT estate to ensure high data Availability, faster processing of contributors’ records and continuous, high-quality customer service while protecting its reputation.

Since 2014 Groupe AGRICA has deployed Veeam across its estate—Veeam Backup & Replication for 1,700 VMs (100 TB), Veeam Agents for physical servers and Veeam Backup for Microsoft Office 365 for 1,500 mailboxes—integrated with HPE 3PAR. The solution delivers Instant VM Recovery (30 seconds), 40–50% shorter backup windows, automated recovery testing and replication for cyber-resilience, and centralized, low-effort management (about 15 minutes of daily checks). As a result, AGRICA achieves stronger business continuity, faster recoveries, improved ransomware resistance and freed IT resources to focus on transformation.
