Staples replaced legacy tools with Veeam Availability Suite and Veeam Backup for Microsoft Office 365, centralizing and simplifying protection while enabling fast recovery. Veeam now backs up and replicates 600 TB across 1,500 VMs and 50 TB of Office 365 (2,700 mailboxes), leverages HPE Nimble snapshots and Azure Blob via Cloud Tier, and supports a 3-2-1-1-0 strategy with Instant VM Recovery and granular Veeam Explorers. The result: reliable recoverability, reduced backup management time and licensing costs, and improved availability for customer‑facing systems.
