Naxoo protects 10TB of critical data with Veeam

Naxoo, a Geneva-based telecommunications provider serving about 85,000 households, needed a reliable, easy-to-manage backup strategy as it standardized on Nutanix AHV and expanded services through a partnership with UPC CableCom. With mission‑critical in‑house apps (CRM, technician tools) and legal requirements to keep data on‑premises, the company had to protect roughly 10TB of critical user and client data and ensure fast, simple recovery without burdening its small IT team.

Naxoo deployed Veeam Backup & Replication (and Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365), copying backups to a Dell EMC Data Domain and using overnight incremental jobs with a weekly full backup that completes in about three hours. The Veeam Universal License and tight integration with Nutanix AHV enable automated failover, quick restores (including mailboxes and deleted files), reduced business risk, minimal production impact and simpler operations for the lean IT staff.
