MAX Solutions, an Australian provider of employment, health and training services, needed a reliable way to protect data as it rapidly set up new locations to meet government contracts and customer demand. MAX deployed Veeam (Data Platform Premium, Veeam Backup for Azure and for Microsoft 365) to protect 13.2 TB across on‑premises and cloud workloads, with built‑in integrity checks, immutable backups and simple cloud onboarding. The solution eliminated the need for a dedicated backup administrator, cut recovery times for critical services from an estimated 6–8 hours to 4 hours, and helped accelerate a secure migration to a predominantly cloud‑based environment.
