Manchester Central, a major convention complex in Manchester that hosts hundreds of events and more than 500,000 visitors annually, depended on its Ungerboeck event management system for scheduling, logistics and bookings. The IT team needed to reduce disaster recovery times—off‑premises restores could take up to 24 hours—so they engaged the Pure Technology Group to improve business continuity and ensure uninterrupted access to critical systems.
