Elevated Technologies, a Houston-based managed service provider, moved into private cloud IaaS but was held back by an agent-based backup tool for its Hyper-V environment. The old solution produced unreliable alerts, required time-consuming agent updates and VM reboots, and lacked dependable reporting — all of which prevented the firm from efficiently scaling cloud and DR services for clients.

The new capability simplified migrations, enabled offsite DR and new service offerings, opened partner channels, and helped ET more than double its revenue within two years.
