A Veeam Case Study
Les Fermes de Gally is a French retail and agritourism company with 12 branches and 550 employees that was suffering regular six- to eight-hour IT outages that disrupted accounting, invoicing and payroll. The team relied on a monthly full NAS backup (16 TB) with an unacceptable RPO and needed a competitively priced external disaster recovery partner that used Veeam and could seed incremental backups from their existing NAS data.
Working with Hexanet, Les Fermes de Gally deployed Veeam Availability Suite and Veeam Cloud Connect over its MPLS network, allowing Hexanet to onboard the 16 TB seed backup, avoid VPNs and manage backups via a shared Veeam console. Twelve critical VMs are replicated daily, enabling RTOs of two to six hours, successful DR test recoveries, simpler ongoing management and stronger, sustainable protection of the company’s core systems.
