Landmark Information Group, the UK’s leading land and property data provider, supplies critical RiskView reports used by homebuyers, conveyancers and utilities to assess environmental and property risk. When legacy backups slowed, Landmark risked missing SLAs that guarantee data availability to customers—a threat to service continuity, customer confidence and revenue.

Landmark deployed Veeam Backup & Replication, protecting 2,300 VMware VMs (106 TB) to on‑site Dell EMC Data Domain and off‑site NetApp/Azure, increasing backup and replication speed by about 25% and enabling instant recovery. Veeam also allowed a zero‑impact migration of 1,500 VMs and freed roughly 500 hours per year, thereby guaranteeing SLAs, protecting revenue and ensuring business continuity.
