Jumeirah Group, part of Dubai Holding and operator of luxury hotels including the Burj Al Arab, needed a more robust, agile IT platform to support rapid expansion and deliver consistent VIP experiences to 3 million annual guests. With initiatives like mobile and tablet check-in, IoT and BI to personalize service, the IT team required high availability, faster backups and lower management overhead to prevent service disruptions that would harm guest experience and the brand.

The group deployed Veeam Availability Suite to automate backups and recovery; backups now run in half the time despite a 45% rise in data, SureBackup removed daily manual verification, and full VM recovery is four times faster.
