Infrastructure Hosting Provider Expands Business with Veeam Cloud Connect

Cloud4com, a Prague-based cloud and infrastructure hosting provider founded in 2010, needed a more flexible backup solution to support its growing IaaS business. Its legacy tool only backed up and restored at the VM level, required manual jobs, produced inconsistent data and made granular or file-level recovery difficult—limiting service offerings and growth.

Cloud4com deployed Veeam Backup & Replication and Veeam Cloud Connect, integrating them with its Virtix portal to provide automated, secure offsite backups with built-in WAN acceleration and instant provisioning. The move broadened its backup portfolio, attracted on-prem VM customers (for example Schneider Electric), enabled competitive SLAs and white‑labeled services, simplified operations and opened new revenue opportunities.
