QuEST Global, a Singapore‑headquartered engineering services firm with over 8,000 employees, needed always‑on access to massive CAD/CAM and engineering data across global time zones. Legacy backup processes created long backup windows that degraded application performance, slow recoveries that made RTOs hard to meet, and a fragmented toolset requiring multiple consoles for backup, replication and deduplication.

QuEST replaced legacy tools with Veeam Availability Suite, consolidating backup, replication and recovery into a single console.
