Hoffman Construction Company, an 80+-year-old general contractor based in Portland, OR, supports roughly 600 users across corporate and remote field sites. Rapid IT growth and a move to virtualization exposed limits in their snapshot-to-tape/SAN backup approach: the team needed greater flexibility, continuous data protection over WAN links, and faster, more reliable recovery.
