A Veeam Case Study
AGRICA, a key player in France’s social protection system serving members across nearly 200,000 companies, set out to modernize member-facing services with new self‑service options and improved interfaces. Its IT team needed to guarantee 24/7 availability of critical systems and data while meeting emerging EU regulatory requirements such as NIS2 and DORA.
Building on a long-standing relationship with Veeam, AGRICA uses the Veeam Data Platform to protect 850 virtual servers, 1,500 VDI and about 250 TB of data, and recently moved Microsoft 365 backups to Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365 on Azure. The change delivered near‑instant mailbox recovery, higher business continuity and simpler regulatory compliance, enabling faster member service and sustained operational resilience.
