Delsey Paris, the French luggage and accessories brand with operations in more than 110 countries, wanted to strengthen its backup and recovery defenses against rising cybersecurity risks and reduce the day-to-day burden on its IT team. The company was already using Veeam and sought to modernize and expand its environment with a managed service approach, using Veeam Data Platform, Veeam Cloud Connect, and Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365.

Veeam, working with partner Naitways, updated Delsey Paris’s backup infrastructure, reconfigured jobs and security controls, and implemented best-practice governance across data centers in Europe, Asia, and the US. The result was reliable, resilient protection for all critical data, including the ERP system, immutable offsite backups for ransomware protection, and more time for internal IT to focus on strategic transformation initiatives.
