Heissbauer relied on Vectorworks Architect to model the complex geometry and terrain, planning every detail in 3D and using the Digital Terrain Model and class controls to produce highly legible construction documents. The result: the project was completed in 10 months with renderings that closely matched reality, faster workflows, fewer contractor misunderstandings, and a repeatable process now applied to subsequent homes.
