Crestwood Transportation LLC, a Kansas City-based transportation services provider, needed a better way to handle driver paperwork and document processing across its 280-truck fleet. After struggling with poor image quality, slow uploads, and back-office delays from its previous scanning process, Crestwood turned to Vector and its LoadDocs mobile document scanning app.
With Vector’s LoadDocs, Crestwood enabled drivers to scan and upload documents from their smartphones or PeopleNet Connected Tablet displays, with integration into TMW Imaging and other internal systems. The result was faster, higher-quality document transmission, automated matching with load data, and quicker billing; Crestwood also cut billing-related staff from 20 to 6, reduced processing times and delayed invoices, and improved visibility into KPIs.
