Westway Feed Products, a producer of liquid animal feed supplements, was struggling with an outdated LMS: stale, rarely updated courses, limited authoring and customization, cumbersome assignment/reporting across 25 sites, and high costs. To address these issues they adopted Vector Solutions’ Enterprise LMS and online training library, along with Articulate-compatible authoring, to modernize content and streamline training administration.

Vector Solutions implemented its LMS, refreshed course content and customer support, enabled Articulate-based course updates, and introduced tasklists for new-hire checkoffs and site-specific assignments. The results: learner engagement improved, monthly training assignment time dropped from about 30–40 minutes to 3–4 minutes (saving more than six hours annually), new-hire assignment time was reduced by ~15 minutes per hire, administrative support calls fell to roughly one-third of prior levels, and Westway cut costs versus their previous provider — all credited to Vector Solutions’ platform and service.
