Vulcan Materials Company, the largest aggregate producer in the United States with more than 8,100 employees across seven divisions and 220+ sites, struggled to keep workers current on compliance, safety, and job-skills training because instructor time was limited and often booked a year in advance. To address this scale and resource gap, Vulcan engaged Vector Solutions and adopted the Convergence LMS to expand training access and better manage training delivery.

Vector Solutions implemented Convergence to deliver self-paced eLearning, streamline classroom crediting with the Bulk Credit Wizard, and centralize records and reporting. As a result Vulcan freed up instructor time for higher-value in-person training, cut travel and production costs (notably for recurring courses like sexual-harassment training), and gained the ability to pull completion reports and issue bulk credits for large groups—improving compliance tracking and reducing overall training costs.
