University of Central Arkansas - Customer Case Study

The University of Central Arkansas, a nationally recognized institution in Conway, Arkansas, launched a 2019 RFP to find an online training partner to deliver compliance, safety, and prevention courses for students, faculty, and staff. They selected Vector Solutions, using the SafeColleges Training System, because it met their requirements for higher-education-specific content, employee and student compliance courses, course automation, customizable reporting, single sign-on, and the ability to upload UCA-specific materials for roughly 10,000 students and 600 employees.

Vector Solutions implemented the SafeColleges Training System campus-wide, providing SSO, custom content upload, automated notifications, and robust reporting and admin tools. The program has delivered over 14,000 course completions, enabled mandatory annual employee training, flagged non-compliant users, supported Title IX, OSHA, SaVE Act and NCAA requirements, and fostered increased student–advisor discussion; UCA staff and athletes have given positive feedback on the system and course content.
