Titusville Fire Department Tracks and Manages Resources with Vector Check It

Titusville Fire Department sought a cloud-based way to manage inspections and inventory after traditional methods proved inefficient and led to lost gear. Chief Jeffery Harris and Chief Greg Sutton chose Vector Solutions' Vector Check It (adding it to their existing TargetSolutions training site) to provide mobile, auditable apparatus and equipment checks and to prevent items from "falling through the cracks."

Vector Solutions implemented Vector Check It so members can perform inspections on personal mobile devices, upload photos and failure notes, log updates like fuel fills, and generate Tickets/work orders with status tracking. Since going live in early 2020, Titusville Fire Department reports better resource tracking, faster issue notification to leadership via email, clearer visibility of equipment status, and improved accountability across the department.
